There have been reports of regaining AFP <em>server</em> functionality by copying across <code>/System/Library/CoreServices/AppleFileServer.app</code> from the old atv software (or an Intel Mac, I think), and that you can copy <code>/sbin/mount_nfs</code>to gain NFS client functionality. However, I haven't used NFS with mine so I'm not sure if there's anything else that would need doing there.</p> The AFP client software and kernel code has been removed from the Apple TV software as of version 1.1.
